Sarcoid carcinoma buccal mucosa 40 yr lady
tumor lat view tumour medial view after excision of tumor Neck dissection feeding tube inserted and flap being planned After closure 18/3/2018 after closure A 40 year old female mother 8 children was in habit of chewing tobacco for past 20 years. She developed swelling in her lower jaw. Biopsy of swelling came as squamous cell carcinoma . She under went complete excision of lesion with clear margins and neck dissection. Pectoral major flap and skin was used to reconstruct the defect. Feeding tube was inserted for feeding up to a month.
