pre op photo pre op photo Incision being planned Excised Tumor finished surgery PMMC flap being raised excised tumor Final results T4N2M9 buccal mucosa tumor excised with good margins ,neck dissection done. Reconstruction done with PMMC. Tracheostomy was done for airway removed after one week.
