ALT Flap dissected After Resection of tumour Flap with the pedicle Flap being insetted Vascular anastomosis being performed clamps in situ Donor site closure Pedicled being oriented Complete vascular anastomosis 5 days post op with regular monitoring Secondary correction of macrostomia Macrostomia correction Fully healed Treatment of recurrent buccal mucosa squamous cell carcinoma . tumor was excised and neck dissection was done . Reconstruction was done by microvascular ALT flap ,flap vessel were connected in neck.
