Nerve Sheath tumor of median nerve

pre op tumor pre op  nerve sheath tumor being disseccted parent nerve and tumor excised tumor tumor away from nerve fascicle MRI Scan of Tumor 21 year old boy developed swelling in inner aspect of arm for 6 months . Painless slow growing and tender on touch. He had no distal nerve deficit or any neurovascular problem due to swelling .MRI Scan revealed that it is a nerve sheath tumor . Patient was posted for surgery and tumor was dissected free of nerve fascicle and removed . Post op patient suffered no deficit and recovered . Biopsy came as benign Schwannoma. Basal cell carcinoma Nose

53 year old women ,mother of six ,developed a non healing lesion which was biopsied to be basal cell carcinoma. She under went excision and reconstruction under local anaesthesia . Basal cell carcinoma is a type of skin cancer which affects due to sun exposure. It is diagnosed by biopsy and 3mm excision and reconstruction is curative.Basal cell carcinoma is also known as rodent ulcer.
