MRI Scan of Tumor




21 year old boy developed swelling in inner aspect of arm for 6 months . Painless slow growing and tender on touch. He had no distal nerve deficit or any neurovascular problem due to swelling .MRI Scan revealed that it is a nerve sheath tumor . Patient was posted for surgery and tumor was dissected free of nerve fascicle and removed . Post op patient suffered no deficit and recovered . Biopsy came as benign Schwannoma.
