Head and neck resection and reconstuction buccal sulcus tumour with free flap










35 year old male chronic smoker, and alcoholic developed lower jaw tumor . He was taken up for surgery and a large tumor was excised and neck dissection was done . it was a large defect both lining and outer skin cover was desired. Reconstruction was done by a ALT free flap connected to facial artery and EJV. Post op patient went fine and recovered uneventfully
