T4 oral cancer treatment

44 year old male with T4 oral cancer of buccal mucosa . It was small non healing ulcer in gingiva and it kept growing till it eroded cheek wall .  As it spreads tumor also goes into lymphatics resulting in neck nodes enlargement.

Donor site
patient was planned for surgery complete excision of tumour was done and neck dissection was done.
Reconstruction was done from PMMC flap . Tracheostomy was done to protect airway. After 5 days tracheostomy was removed and patient was discharged. Ryle's tube will be removed after 3 weeks and oral feed started.
